It has eight galvanized production lines, in 2008 1 # production line put into production, and in 2010, 2 # production line put into production, in March, 2012, 3 # production line put into production. 4 # production lines have been built up, ready to put into production in the mid April, and several others production lines are being built now. Galvanized production line adopts the American Iron & Steel Unite method, two pot three hot galvanized production process. This production line will spread raw material species of cold-rolled steel coil, after the cleaning, annealing, galvanizing, fitting, straightening, passivation, and oiling process and finally into products. The main production specifications are thickness: 0.15 mm to 0.8 mm, width: 800 mm-1250 mm and also producing no zinc flower, small zinc flower, big zinc flowers products according to the customer demands.
